Eligibility
All persons aged 18 or over who reside in Finland and submit a quote request through KevytRemppa.fi during the campaign period are eligible to enter the draw.
How to enter
You enter the draw by submitting a renovation quote request on the KevytRemppa.fi website during the campaign period. A person may enter more than once only if they submit clearly separate quote requests for different renovation projects. The organiser reserves the right to reject obvious misuse.
Winner selection and notification
The winner will be drawn from all persons who submitted a quote request during the campaign period. The winner will be notified personally (by email and/or phone). If the winner cannot be reached within 7 days, the organiser has the right to draw a new winner.
Publishing the winner
The winner's first name and first letter of their surname may be published on KevytRemppa.fi and/or KevytRemppa's social media channels (e.g. "Matti K."), unless the winner specifically objects.
Limitation of liability
The organiser is not liable for technical problems that prevent participation (e.g. network connection, device or system failures). The organiser is not liable for costs arising from the use of the prize.
Changes
The organiser reserves the right to amend the campaign rules or discontinue the campaign for a justified reason. Any changes will be announced on the campaign page.
Privacy (GDPR)
We process your contact details in order to:
- forward your quote request to renovation contractors and enable you to receive quotes
- contact you regarding the quote comparison
In addition, data collected during the campaign period may be used for KevytRemppa marketing (e.g. service-related messages), provided you give your consent on the quote request form.
Data processed
Name, email, phone number, renovation details and address level if provided.
Retention period
We retain data only for as long as necessary to handle the quote comparison and to fulfil legal obligations.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, request corrections or deletion, and object to direct marketing.
