STARK chain multi-location projects
Challenge: STARK hardware stores needed a reliable partner for multiple simultaneous projects in different locations - from showroom construction to facade renovation. The schedule was tight and work had to fit around store opening hours.
Solution: We coordinated projects centrally and ensured every site was completed on time. Painting, tiling ja construction work were executed professionally without disrupting store operations.
Result: Multiple successful projects in Tuusula and Herttoniemi - the client relationship continues.
Mehilainen Tampere - office renovation
Challenge: Healthcare facility interior renovation with a tight 3-week schedule. The work had to be carried out hygienically while minimizing disruption to patient services.
Solution: We built new drywall partitions, toteutimme plastering work and finishing paint on a tight schedule with proper protections in place.
Result: The project was delivered on time and with high quality - the space served patients the following week.
