Is the assessment visit free of charge?

Yes, the first assessment visit and quote preparation are completely free in the Helsinki metropolitan area (Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Kauniainen). During the assessment we evaluate the scope of work and provide an accurate price.

Which areas do you serve?

We serve the entire Helsinki metropolitan area: Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Kauniainen, Kirkkonummi, Kerava, Järvenpää, Tuusula, Nurmijärvi, Sipoo and surrounding areas. We can also serve wider areas by agreement.

Can the renovation start date be agreed flexibly?

Yes, we always agree on the start date according to the customer's schedule. We provide the estimated start time and renovation duration alongside the quote. In urgent cases we aim to arrange the start as soon as possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept bank transfer, card payment, and instalment agreements. We do not accept cash payments. Bank transfer or card payment is required to qualify for the household deduction.

Question 6

Can I get a household deduction for renovation work?

Accepted Answer

Yes, most of our renovation services qualify for the Finnish household deduction (kotitalousvähennys). In 2026 you can deduct 35% of the labour cost, up to EUR 1,600 per person per year. We report the work to the Tax Administration automatically on your behalf.

How does the renovation process work after contacting you?

First we carry out a free assessment visit and prepare a quote. After approval we agree on the schedule and begin work. We keep you informed throughout the project. Finally we conduct a final inspection and ensure your satisfaction.

Question 8

Do you provide a warranty for completed work?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all our work comes with a minimum 2-year warranty. For wet-room work (bathroom, sauna) we offer up to a 10-year warranty. The warranty covers both workmanship and materials used.
