Prices are indicative and include labour and materials. The final price is determined after an on-site inspection. Remember the household tax deduction — you can get back 60% of the labour cost in taxes (max. €3,500/year).
Factors affecting the price
- Sauna size: The larger the sauna, the more materials and work hours are needed. A small apartment sauna is more affordable than a large detached home sauna.
- Moisture damage and repair needs: Extensive moisture damage, rot, and structural repairs significantly increase costs. Demolition of old materials also adds to the workload.
- Material choices: High-quality benches, specialty heaters, and premium panelling raise the price. Basic-level options are more affordable but less durable.
- Custom features and extras: Sauna lighting, specialty heaters, designer solutions, and additional accessories add to the project cost. Ventilation and electrical upgrades also have an impact.
