What kind of workers we are looking for
We are looking for experienced renovation professionals who value quality and stick to agreed schedules. Our work sites are mainly private apartments – bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms and entire apartments.
We value practical experience, initiative and the ability to work in a customer's home with a good attitude. You don't need all the skills ready – the most important thing is the willingness to learn and do good work.

A nationwide team and subcontractor network
Kevytremppa operates in multiple locations across Finland. We have our own core team, plus a nationwide network of reliable and carefully selected subcontractors.
Subcontractors are chosen carefully: we check references, work quality, customer service skills and that all permits are in order. If a project requires special expertise – such as specialised tiling, building technology or structural work – we can bring in exactly the right partners.
For a subcontractor, this means clear contracts, well-prepared work sites and the opportunity for a long-term partnership.

Our recruitment process is straightforward and people-oriented. We don't drag things out unnecessarily – we want to find the right people and get to work as quickly as possible.

Are you an entrepreneur, sole trader or a small renovation company? We are looking for subcontractors to expand our network across Finland. We offer clear projects, well-prepared work sites and fair collaboration.
We expect from subcontractors:
- Meeting agreed schedules
- Clean workmanship and good conduct in the customer's home
- Required permits and insurances in order
- Ability to work independently and report on progress
Long-term partnership
