Prices are indicative and include labour and basic materials. The final price is determined after the design phase. Remember the household deduction — you can get back 60% of the labour cost in taxes (max. €3,500/year).
Factors affecting the price
- Terrace size: The larger the terrace, the more materials and labour hours are required. A small 5–15 m² terrace is more affordable than a large 30+ m² structure.
- Material choices: Composite decking is more expensive than traditional timber decking. Quality materials cost more but last longer.
- Foundations and frame: Concrete foundations and a quality frame structure raise the price. Elevated terraces require stronger support structures.
- Extras and custom features: A canopy, pergola, lighting, railings, and built-in furniture add to the cost. Custom features such as pools or barbecue areas require additional work.
